- Absolutely free diagnostics, which will be provided with in 2 business days. The estimated turn around time for this service varies depending on complexity of the issue.
Expedited Service
- $299 diagnostics fee and a 40% surcharge on top of the recovery cost. Diagnostics is complete with in 4 business hours. This service involves an estimated turn around time of 1-4 days, where work is performed Mon-Sun 9am-12 am. A dedicated engineer is assigned who will provide updates every 4 hours on the progress.
Emergency Service
- $999 diagnostics fee. Diagnostics is complete with in 4 hours after the media reaches our office, where a dedicated team of engineers will work around the clock until the specified files are recovered. The price quote is unique for every client, depending on the complexity of the case, and the turn around time.
